Wine Enthusiast names La Ruche a Top Beer of 2021!

We are pleased to announce that Wine Enthusiast has ranked La Ruche (Blend #3) as #35 on their list of the Top 50 Beers of 2021! 

La Ruche is our Missouri Saison fermented using a blend of our local microflora and a traditional Saison yeast. Northwestern Meadowfoam Honey with its notes of vanilla cupcakes, was added to this soft beer for refermentation in a Missouri Oak Foedre and was aged for four months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Unfortunately, this blend is currently SOLD OUT. We look forward to sharing Blend #4 with you next year.
