Shared Coconut Vibes 2021
The 2021 batch of Shared Coconut Vibes is ready! After months of lagering, and then a final finishing on more than 2000 lbs of toasted and raw coconut flakes, we will be releasing the Coconut Vibes package for online reservations on Thursday, October 7th at noon CST.
For the 2021 batch of Coconut Vibes, we worked to further refine this massively intense beer. We lagered the base to lay a better foundation for the most coconut we have ever jammed into Coconut Vibes. We also adjusted our ratio of toasted to raw coconut to make the beer more aromaticly explosive and further increase the coconut impact of the experience. We are incredibly happy with this batch and are excited to share it with you!
Included in the package is the introduction of Coeur de Cuvée Blend #7! The CDC line has become some of our favorite Missouri Saisons and we are excited to share this new approach by our brewers. Most of our Saisons are inspired by the Cru wines of Burgundy, with a richness and thoughtful impact of oak to create a round, balanced palate over the Missouri cultures that create the depths of complexities. For CDC7, Cory instead used the wines of Chablis as inspiration; less oak, a bright salinity, a dry, flinty palate, and extended aging in the bottle when compared to other Side Project Saisons. The result is soft, nuanced and delicate. Before we decided it would become a CDC, it was just labeled as "Delicate Saison" in house. It is refined and elegant and is a great member of the Side Project and CDC line.
And to round out the year's package, we will be including the most recent blend of Saison du Blé! Over the last 2 years, we believe that our "white label" Saisons have become better than ever and we would love to share this with all of you!
We once again want to thank all of you for your support of our tiny, niche brewery and it has been wonderful seeing so many of you in our tasting rooms as we have reopened! We hope you enjoy the time we put into each and every one of these beers and we are excited to see all of you when you come pick them up!
